Dr. Fox graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, he was an editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.He served as law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Dr. Fox has presented more than 50 cases before the state and federal appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
In addition to his law degree, Dr. Fox received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York, and both a master’s degree and a doctorate from the University of California.
